Are all products custom made?

Yes- I make all products by hand, putting time and care into each one.

Any returns or refunds?

I have a no refund policy- however if there is an issue with an item, please email me directly and I will absolutely make it right.

Are the beaded bracelets good quality?

Yes! I use high-quality nylon string for my bracelets, all tied with a quad-knot; I hide the knot and glue it under a bead for a seamless look.
